AIM 2013 was a very amazing experience. It is easy once you set your mind to it and makes you feel fit in the body and mind. It is also very refreshing to know that you’re not only just running a marathon, but you’re running to support a worthy cause. I will do it over and over again.

Selina Aryeetey(AIMER 2013)

AIM 2015 gave me the chance to meet with other runners from all over the world. It helped me in assessing my strengths and weaknesses, and keep fit in areas where I fell short. Such marathons events provide an avenue for keeping fit and helps you assess your health conditions.

Eric Okudzeto (AIMER 2015)

I was mainly drawn to AIM a few years back because I was excited at the fact that it aimed at keeping the elderly in society fit and healthy, and for me running to raise funds for such a project was a worthy cause. To everyone over 50 who wants to keep fit, I will say go for it, don’t look back. It makes one feel young at heart.
